4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 888jili7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify 888jili7 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. Contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.
4.5 Account Verification (KYC). 888jili7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.6 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
5.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the 888jili7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the issuing bank. 888jili7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.6 Own Funds. 5.7 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 888jili7 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing policy, as notified to Players.
6.1 888jili7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players – is strictly prohibited. 888jili7 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
6.5 888jili7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by Players in good faith reliance on the promotion.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine laws.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 15.2, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent 888jili7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
